FreeTinyImage provides free, browser-based tools for image compression and format conversion. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not:

• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
• Upload images that contain illegal, obscene, defamatory, or harmful content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or abuse the Service infrastructure.
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the conversion API.

Privacy and Data

Image processing by the compression tool occurs entirely in your browser and no image data is transmitted. Image conversion is handled server-side with immediate deletion. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of the images you process using the Service. FreeTinyImage makes no claim to any intellectual property rights in images you upload or download.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreeTinyImage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
